We are looking for Highly Organized, Detail Oriented person for Customer Service to support the clients and the rest of our team

- very good at communication and quick with response times (responding during US business hours) to emails and other communications channels (we also use Asana and Slack extensively)
- Loyal, dependable, honest, great attitude, likes helping people, friendly on the phone,
- VERY organized
You will be answering emails, coordinating with the team, scheduling and paying close attention to all details.
If friendliness, communication and organization are your strong points then you will thrive.
These attributes are all musts for the position.
We are performing an extensive interview process so please be very thorough with answering the questions below.

We help businesses launch and run their podcast and gain invaluable relationships.

We need a highly organized customer support person to keep the emails from clients organized and make sure the team is taking care of and on top of the different requests.

Skills required:
- coordinate appointments with our clients and prospects via google calendar
- managing incoming support tickets from clients coming in from email
- organizing documents in google drive
- creating google spreadsheets
- quick communication in slack and asana
- we need someone to work US hours and follow up with people via email so we need flawless written and verbal English
- must have reliable Internet at home
- must know how to do password sharing using password sharing software tools
